Genesis' Journal
((A little insight into the eyes of my character. It also just recounts some events of RP that I find interesting. This is just for pleasure reading for you and pleasure writing for me. Enjoy!))
*on the stand next to his bed, Genesis picks up a blank book and grabs a quill and ink, dabbing the tip in quickly and opening to the first page. He begins writing, his letters show elegance, the handwriting of one who has practiced for years, despite never having knowingly written once in his life, thanks to his amnesia*
Entry one
I don't know how I am properly doing this, but I've decided to keep a journal to recall my events of the days that pass. Maybe if I lose my memory again I'll have this around to remind me of who I am.
I was traveling with the boy who was separated from his sister in some mansion fire, his name started with an A. I'm bad at names...gotta work on that. We got separated after a good while and I was running low on food and was being chased by various beasts. I eventually got on a path and was running until apparently you needed a redstone torch to open the rest of the patch, which I don't own, so I tried to cut though, near death. I obviously failed. Eventually passed out and went delirious. Whitey, the leader of Amos, thankfully found me and took me there.
I recovered with his help and saw...I don't know what it was honestly. Screaming and pain...then silence. I wish I was in full strength at that time so I could've helped. After all that I spoke with Whitey and I joined his city, got a plot for free and I might even join the guard. The second in command of the city, Theo, apparently thinks the guards are incompetent however...so I might change my mind. Maybe the mercenary work is my way. I'll try it out, see how I like it.
I'm working on my house, got the basement worked on a bit and the floor of the second floor is done. I'll finish it eventually. While working I met a little girl named Prima, who's actually 64 and a lesser demon. She invited me into her house and let me spend the night on a couch, not having a bed of my own. Apparently not all demons are bad. I'll have to remember that from now on.
