I suggest that the rules be re-written to address detail, concern, and anything else that may appear within our server experience. This includes defined rule breaking, defined grief, in addition to rules for the staff to follow.

The new, re-written set of rules would be displayed before the community before enactment to allow the community's say in any modifications, or necessary items that must be addresses.

This process should continue until the rules are complete by the standard of the community.

The biggest thing I would say needs more explanation is the Kiwikeship section.
Taking the iron blocks used as engines, not decoration: griefing or no?
Guidelines for the construction and aesthetic of a new ship, perhaps?
