ZupZup's Unban Appeal / Bvcxzmn Ban Request

Firstly, I understand why I was banned, my jimmies were most certainly rustled, but with good reason.

Earlier, I killed lord_ginger or whatever his name is, and so his "posse" decided to kill me in my base, this including Bvc, and obviously I was outgeared and outnumbered, so I decided to just log out, I shouldn't have been combat logged, as I hadn't been hit at all. But then ~20 minutes later, I logged in, dead, this was obviously annoying, especially seeing as I had full enchanted diamond armour and my level 30 enchanted tools/weapons. But, I was annoyed, I didn't react. Then, as soon as I spawned, all 3 of them are there hitting me, I have my 10 second spawn protection, so I run, I don't stop to attack them. They catch up and kill me. Once again, this happens, and twice more. I complain in chat, then, alexandersp (Something like that) says in chat "Not this again, STFU" and I reply something like "Shut up Alex, suck a dick, cunt." (Heh) and then when I try to spawn, Bvc destroys my bed and I spawn at /spawn.

I'd like to ask for an unban simply because yes, I was stupid, I shouldn't have said it, but I had reason.

I'd also like to ask for Bvc to be punished in some way. He's a moderator, but he can't follow the rules himself.

I'd also like to ask for what I lost back, as I in no way should have lost it.

The ban was only for 1 hour, so you should be able to get on soon anyways.

Also, I did not break any rules by doing what I did. You killed someone that is allied with me, then combat-logged (left right after you killed him). You logged on again knowing that iElliott and me was near you, so you logged off right away (combat-logged again). At this point we knew you were hostile, so we waited a few minutes for you. You logged back on and instantly ran away, switching to your bow, and began firing at us. We eventually killed you. You spawned again at our bed because you had last slept there. I did not want you killing us anymore or taking our stuff, so I broke our bead and killed you to get you away from our base. You may not have you stuff back, and I will not be punished in any way because I did not break any rules.

Please take a couple minutes to settle down, this happens in Minecraft and is not something to make a big deal of.

Your bed? I was hostile? You were in my base, the guy I killed hit me with a fire aspect sword to 2 hearts, I killed him and ran, thinking that Eliott would kill me, and I didn't want to lose what I'd spent 4 hours and 30 diamonds on today, a while later I rejoined, hoping to talk to Eliott, I saw you, obviously you were there to kill me, I again logged off. I logged on again, and you were both there, hitting me. I ran, and you shot arrows next to me as I ran. I ate, then got out my bow and started shooting you. After a while, you ran to me and killed me. You then killed me multiple times when I spawned, then destroyed my bed.

I don't think you realize that I am part of this base. I was there long before you, so technically you were in my base.

No, I didn't know you also based with us. But still, you destroyed the bed. Can we please drop this and I get my stuff back?
