Okay, so after some discussion, I've changed the idea. Please, this:
/tp spawn <Tp to spawn>
/tp home <Tp to your home>
/tp cooldown spawn <See spawn tp cooldown>
/tp cooldown home <See home tp cooldown>
/tp bypass spawn <Pay X emeralds to bypass cooldown to tp to spawn>
/tp bypass home <Pay X emeralds to bypass cooldown to tp to your home>

You'd have to of course have the command /bypass or something so you wouldn't unwillingly spend your money* just a small note

Yeah, that'd be cool. Maybe /bypass home and /bypass spawn.

Well, a way to see our cool downs without having to test it (ie /home) would be nice

That'd be cool too. Maybe we could have something like /tp that could be used like:
/tp spawn <Tp to spawn>
/tp home <Tp to your home>
/tp cooldown spawn <See spawn tp cooldown>
/tp cooldown home <See home tp cooldown>
/tp bypass spawn <Pay X emeralds to bypass cooldown to tp to spawn>
/tp bypass home <Pay X emeralds to bypass cooldown to tp to your home>

Perhaps you'd have to pay relative to the amount of time that's left on your cooldown when using bypass. Also, when using bypass, would the timer keep counting down or would it start over again.

Timer would keep counting down, and yeah, that's what I meant.
