The Followers of Everflame

It was a normal day on Kiwike. kbrown53 was roaming about, and suddenly something caught his eye. One of his trees was on fire! As he approached it, he saw that this was no ordinary fire; a leaf block was ignited, but the fire did not spread, nor did it consume the block it rested upon. Gazing into the flame, kbrown53 felt Notch's presence, and knew what he must do. He was destined to find the sacred land of the Everflame and build upon its holy grounds a small colony. He set out, and eventually found the place.



Soon, geckosquid and trewqpoiuuy set out on a pilgrimage to the Everflame to take a picture of it in all its glory. They were successful in their endeavor:



After they returned from their journey, kbrown53 erected the Church of Everflame, adorned in many places with the symbol of a flame atop a green block:





Then, a statue was made in the Everflame's honor. Daily sacrifices are made to the flame, as shown here:



geckosquid then went on another small quest to find wool. At one point, he saw a flame in the distance. He went to investigate, and saw the impossible. Before his eyes was yet another Everflame! As he watched it, geckosquid could feel the presence of Notch coursing through his veins, and knew that he too was a prophet of the Everflame.



We of the Everflame believe in the holy power of the Flame, and are humbled by the presence of the god Notch that courses through it. We live simple lives, untainted by anger or greed. We are the Followers of Everflame.
