Well ok. I can't disagree with it.
But it is weird that the guy in my post used X-ray and is banned for 1 hour.

He was using the version of xray that is blocked on the server (Not completely sure if it really is though) but I get a notice in the console when people are using that xray.

If it causes lag, upgrade the server.
