Citizens of Helvanthar, below lies a list of rules. These rules define our very nation, they define us as Helvanthians.
Please, do you best to comply, they aren't asking much of you.
We ask that you note, if any of these rules are to be broken, the Judicial Branch of the Helvanthian government can and will take action against you.
I - The act of grieving, is not permitted under any circumstance.
II - Do not take that which does not belong to you, within the Helvan Provinces*.
III - Do not kill any other citizen living within Helvanthian lands, unless the act pertains to self-defense.
IV - Should a problem arise, please follow the orders of an official, without haste.
V - Unless openly invited to, or with official recognition, do not intrude upon citizen's boundaries.
VI - Any and all corrupt acts related to the government, or the government officials is strictly illicit.
VII - Do not take it upon yourself to betray the nation's allies. This act will be accounted for in your name, not Helvanthar's.
VIII - Acts of war towards any other political head, be that nation or singular figure, will be rendered illegitimate if it has not obtained official acknowledgment.
IX - The act of secession by any Helvan Province is and shall remain illegal and is a cause for war, as to keep stability within the nation.
