I asked you a long time ago before I left Nosaka, or Midgar now, if it was alright to raise the taxes to however high i wanted to and drain gold out of members that are inactive and haven't been online for a long time.

It has also come to my attention that Sebi8111 was also banned. Now this is just wrong, because out of all people, he was away at camp when all of this happened.
