Sad  A Formal Appology
Many of you who were on this past Friday witnessed a mild argument between me and SirSuba reguarding the political prowess of the Vikings. Shortly after that, I attempted to recruit someone who I thought was not as of yet recruited by any one nation. However, as SirSuba and others have brought to my attention, this person was indeed a member of the Vikings. As you could imagine, this ticked Suba off pretty bad, and I felt like an ass.

I then preceded to log off and mess around on these very forums for a bit. When I logged back on, I found my chest gone in my room. I didn't have much of a problem with that, as it contained mostly useless stuff, and I thought nothing of it. Then SirSuba followed up on this by flaunting the fact that I had so stupidly left 3 gold bars in my chest. This was one short of being able to make a watch, and I had spent the past month looking for gold in various places. I became highly agitated, aggrivated all the more by the fact that SirSuba so kindly made a suggestively-themed sculpture on the top of his house. I then went on a rampage, attempting to kill Suba and recking the greater interior of his house, including a bit of the exterior in my frantic acts. I found my chest with my items in it, and then took back what was mine, leaving his house in ruins.

Later, Nar (with a pickaxe and shovel from me) repaired his house, and I added a door, but I still fealt bad. But when looking back in my house, I discovered that my note block (serving as a doorbell) was gone, and my sign above my door read 'My lol coptor sais lol. Back off blackrock.', and didn't feel too bad anymore, but still guilty and dirty for trying to recruit someone who I should have known was a member of the Vikings.

Therefore, I have decided to formally appologize. I wish to ask forgiveness for the slandorous things of which I spoke of about the Vikings. I apparently did not research the government and politics of said government well enough. I also ask forgiveness for attempting to recruit a member of a nation. I do, however, ask that SirSuba present more information reguarding their political structure, so as to prevent these things from occuring a seccond time.

Don't grief.

Both of you stop acting like children, it's not your fault you should have to look at lists of people... The person should have replied "I'm already a member of the vikings"

Let me figure this out... you tried to recruit someone you did not know was affiliated with the vikings, and sirsuba gets pissed? He stole a box of useless crap then taunted you with it for the luls.

What is the definition of greifing here? It needs to go beyond "I needed this stuff." Because obviously, Sirsuba did not need any of those items that he stole, and he only took them to be an ass and cause Cerce some grief over a tiny mistake for not knowing the entire server's avatars and who they happened to talk to across all of game time and the forums.

"A griefer is a player who does things in a game to deliberately cause annoyance ("grief" in the sense of "giving someone grief") for the griefer's own enjoyment (or "lulz"). Such a player is a particular nuisance in online gaming communities, since griefers often cannot be deterred by penalties related to in-game goals.

[*]Written and/or verbal insults
[*]Exploitation of unintended game mechanics
[*]Stealing other players' items and/or experience
[*]Any methods of reversing another player's progress
[*]Intentional friendly fire or deliberately performing actions detrimental to team members' game performance
[*]Saying or doing something just to irritate, upset, or otherwise harass someone

Sir suba is just being an ass, and GREIFING, even if it is not listed in the server rules in so many words, that is what he is doing, and he has done it before.

So to Cerce, You dont have anything to appologise for, dont feel bad about getting frustrated with SirSuba and his pet Vikings. People are starting to get scared of these idiots because they are shoving their weight around, and useing that influence to push us around to do what they want because we dont want to have our items stolen, or tnt used on our houses because a 'moderator' approved it.

Do not call every attempt to point out a greifer 'whineing'. Its a problem and cerce saying sorry for his actions only makes it seem like Sirsuba was justified in what he did, and he was not.

Each time I have a problem and try to bring it to other peoples attention, I am swamped by a number of people saying that I am Whineing, that I'm a loser, and that I was the agressor all along. All of these people happened to be a part of these damn vikings.

Do not use highschool 'logic' here. This is not whineing, I am pointing out the issue when Good people are being attacked, case in point, Cerce accidentaly tried to recruit someone, who was already recruited to sirsuba. So Sirsuba has to show his manlyness and beat Cerce down to make an example by flaunting what he can get away with? Not the way to go people.

Topic Locked Laugh

Point of the thread was Cerce's apology and I think it's been received. Besides flaming each other is no fun for others to read.
