RE: Not an appeal
I am revoking my implicit consent that my written materials which are currently stored on this site be displayed and/or stored.

This is a formal request under the provisions of Section 512© of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) to effect removal of the above-reported infringements. I request that you immediately issue a cancellation message as specified in RFC 1036 for the specified postings and prevent the infringer, from hosting infringing content on this server in the future. Please be advised that law requires you, as a service provider, to “expeditiously remove or disable access to” the infringing photographs upon receiving this notice. Noncompliance may result in a loss of immunity for liability under the DMCA.
Note: I am mainly concerned about content in locked threads such as:
http://kiwike.se/forum/showthread.php?tid=2695
http://kiwike.se/forum/showthread.php?tid=2277
http://kiwike.se/forum/showthread.php?tid=2576
http://kiwike.se/forum/showthread.php?tid=2634

I can remove other content myself. However, my interpretation of the removal of any content from this site is also the removal of any implicit or explicit consent to store that content in any format. I no longer agree to the Terms of Service and no longer wish to maintain access to the services offered by the site.

RE: Not an appeal
Sucks that it has to end that way, pavja. I really liked you.

Oh, and for the record the DMCA is an American law and doesn't exist in Sweden nor Germany. Any text posted on the forums is property of Kiwike.

Thread was only kept open so Saera could post her evidence, now locking it.
