we already are at age III ig that needs to be acknowledged. And in response to the op you are right but the reason is people dont want to fight people who raid them they just want them banned and immediately afterwords raid their town
(see the day after pwol nlewis conor and ian were banned).

That is pretty ignorant to say. You are in Age I in-game and you need to realize that no matter how hard someone raids or says they are "in-war" that you CAN NOT push an Age. You make it seem that the only reason you are doing this is to push Age III so you don't really need an RP-reason to raid someone (because of Age III being the age of war). The war plugin is not out yet, and once again, no matter how hard you try to force it, it will not just magically appear.

You also seem to think that when people get raided that the first impression is that they are trying to get whoever raided them banned. False. Some RP-reasons aren't just valid enough. Some of the reasons I've heard of are almost as stupid as "he looked at me funny so I pillaged is town and killed everyone who got in my way".

I'll agree that there are stupid justifications to raid, but of course, a lot of the prior dismissal of reasoning was part of people disliking the reason.
Of course somebody will say 'Hey! We're peaceful! You can't raid us!', but really IC interpretation should revolve around that player's character - and not simply disproved due to generalizations and conflicting points of view.
