RE: Case similar to wtyuio vs riskae
This story is pretty much true, however he destroyed it because we were raiding him and we are at war right now, and was using it to make potions against us. Because it was our alchemy station as in we made it and placed it, we took it back. He never gave us any terms of living there by the way, and there was no laws at his city saying he owned everything of ours.

Other than that though, if it is ruled that we need to give it back we will.

[edit]: He did give us terms. He said he only requested that we call him "My lord".

Daniel, i get you want that alchemy stand, but i just gave you one that i strongholded, so wouldn't that be a replacement? it is not dificult for you or i to get you another one, you could even ask shaun (member of the nation) to borrow his if you misplaced the one i gave you. dunno, you can work this out with floof. Also, if a cauldron is part of this set, i can just give you one.

Ok. Nut, you did not place the brewing stand but you destroyed it. That is greif. You basically put up a thread saying "I greifed a brewing stand that I claimed because the owners were not around". If I left for a few days but a raider came to my house, said that they owned it, then destroyed it I'm afraid that it would not go down very well. It's not your brewing stand and I doubt you have enough members in your town to be able to call it a town and not enough towns in your "nation" to even call it a nation. RP or not, if somebody places something and it gets destroyed by somebody other than the owner (and the person isn't cool with it) that is NOT ok. You should have stayed in Promethia instead of raging, trying to raid the capital (and failing), then wandering off on your own.

How long was it since they left the town?

These parts were highly unnecessary.

I feel for RP sake this works out fine. If their houses were ransacked and emptied before they had a chance to clear out their things, of course they'd go take it back.
Case closed.

Requesting lock.

I don't believe just because you think something should be one way that you have settled the argument.

Now, nut, I believe you should give time spans (In my case Wtyuio had been gone for months and the home had changed ownership twice in that time). Because if it's been weeks since they left your town, they shouldn't be coming back to destroy things, however if they got kicked out only days before then that is a different story entirely.
