i died while mining and when i clicked respawn i respawned in a box lit on fire, and i keep dying and everytime i click respawn i die the same way over and over again and its really not fun i want to keep playing but not lit on fire in a box, please help!

Your town leaders must have forgot to srt the town spawn. Have them stand on the desired spawn location and type "/town set spawn"

Yeah, it's a glitch in Territories where you spawn at 0,0 if the spawn hasn't been set. You're supposed to spawn at your bed as usual if the town spawn is null.
