*On the top of the note it stands "From the great Chairman of the Law, Sir Mainford Destig of the United Republic."*
Dear proud members of the glorious and eternal United Republic, it has come to my understanding that there is a shadow approaching. A shadow with an intent to destroy.
This shadow is in form of an opposing nation trying to hinder our expansion and growth as a powerful nation.
If there is anything I could have done to prevent this war, I would have. But alas, I'm away trying to tie up some loose ends in my land of birth. But these affairs can wait. You, my people, who are counting on me are more important. And I have great shame in slipping away on this journey without giving you any warning. But I'm on my way home to you now. Expect me very soon.
Your chairmen have not forsaken you. Stay strong people, and do not fail the Republic by acting without specific orders from any of the Chairmen. We do not want to make this situation worse.
