The mysterious box disappears, replaced with a letter

[Con]

*Passing along the road you notice that finally the box was gone, but you also notice that a letter was replacing the box. The letter was attached to the ground, weighted by a small figure of an eye with bits of obsidian as the pupil. You try to move the eye from its placed but it seems it is unmovable. You kneel to the ground and begin to read the letter:*

Dear people of Kiwike,

My name is Con, I have been watching all of you for a long time now. I came to here to help you become what we all wish to be. Powerful. I can help you with this, I can teach you to become stronger then you are now, more intelligent then the average man , more agile then the spider crawling around at night. With my help, I feel that you can finally fend for yourself in this world. I am offering you my services.

But don't be fooled, it all comes with a price. I will not take your money, but I will take your time as well as your patience. Accepting my help means you will go through vigorous training and grueling trials in order to achieve the status of being powerful. If you choose to accept my offer, expect not to return home the same person. I mean this mentally and physically.

I know what some of you may be thinking. “Why would I take help from someone who I don't know? What if I already am powerful? Why should I trust you? Would it be a waste of my time?” All of this is up to you. You may choose not to accept my offer, you may not know me, you may not trust me, but I feel that this may be the only way I can save all of you from the challenges ahead. I feel that I can help you overcome the fear of walking around during the night. I feel that I can help you release the potential inside you that you haven't found yet. I will find it for you if you can't yourself.

That isn't my only offer to you though. I am offering more then just a special training. I have found a select few to join me in a cause to help out the people of Kiwike. I have started a clan, we are The Watchers. We are here to help all of you in everyday problems that you have. We are here to help you find the thief that stole all your valuables. We are here to help you judge the crimes that have been put upon the innocent, and sometimes the guilty. The Watchers will help you with these problems, and more! We follow a set of rules, a creed if you say.

1. We do not steal.
2. We do not kill, unless necessary.
3. We do not side with anyone, we are fair.
4. We will help as many as possible.
5. We do not interfere with things or people that aren't apart of our business.

More things will be added to this list as we expand, but we can only expand with the help of you, the people of Kiwike. Join The Watchers, and become a part of the help of the cleansing of the lands of Kiwike! Together, we can stop the evils of this land, and bring peace instead of war. This is our purpose, we are The Watchers.

Please consider my offers. I am hoping to hear from as many people as soon as I can. Over to the left of this letter I have left a small box. Please respond to me here, put your reply in the box, I will be checking it frequently. And remember, I will always be watching.

*You look to the left and notice a small box sitting up on a small stand. A bunch of paper is neatly placed next to the box. You approach the stand and hold the small feather in your hands, almost dabbing it in the ink jar close by.*

It is now up to you, what will you do? Will you help the cause, or will you ignore the call of Con?

*As Lead walks down the same road the next day, he notices the box is gone, but it is replaced by a letter? He picks up the letter, confused and starts reading it.*
"Con..." Lead laughs, as he talks to himself. "What kind of name is that? What kind of crap is this?"
*As he reads on, he slowly becomes even more confused.*
"Rules.. blah blah.. Stop the evils? Bring peace instead of war? 'Con, the All-seeing Eye'?"
Lead mumbles to himself at how stupid the letter sounds.
*As he turns around to walk away he notices the box, sitting on a small stand. Some paper is near the box, on the stand.
He reads the note.

It is now up to you, what will you do? Will you help the cause, or will you ignore the call of Con?

*He approaches it and picks up the feather next to it, lightly dipping it in to the ink, and writes on some of the paper as if hypnotised.*
"I will help the cause of The Watchers."
*He slots it in the box, and walks back home, snapping out of the hypnotism.*

* A hooded figure approaches the box and inserts a letter sealed with red wax imprinted with the letters "KD", a watcher opens the box and carefully breaks the seal*
