To claim land in the town of Rothschild, the claimer must do the following:

1) Connect a wood fence around the desired area leaving an opening as an entrance for the land. (Please try to be reasonable for your selection) All of the land in this area will be yours including the area above the fenced in area and the area below it. WARNING! If you build outside of the town boundaries, we can not assure the safety of that section of your build.

2) Place a sign outside the entrance of your selected property area with your user name on the first line. This will be your land claim sign. A Imperial official will then look over your land and place an (approved) sign aside your claim sign. At this point of approval you may begin construction of anything on your land, so as long as it does not interfere with other's property. You may also remove the fence if you desire, but please mark your land boundaries in some way to show others what is yours. If you do not, you may find difficult land disputes may cross your path, those are not to be desired.

3) The sign you placed as your "land claim" will also be the way you vote in the Sturm Imperium. Starting on the third line you may place your vote in any of the elections where a imperial representative will collect your vote.
