*While passing through Mavenholm, you notice a poster on one of the market building walls. You go over and give it a quick scan. You notice in big letters the words "The Watchers" and a well drawn eye bellow it. You give it a quick read before going on with your business.*

Have you ever thought of a land, filled with a never ending light, a promise of all good and no evil?
Have you ever thought of a land that meets up to the highest of standards?
Have you ever thought of a world that is purified of all things that are bad?
I have thought of these things, and with the help of you, the people of Kiwike, we can save these lands from corruption. We can purify these lands of all evil, no matter the costs.
I am Con, and here is my proposition.

The Watchers

I have come to be your savior, but I can not just do it alone. I will need the help of you, the people of these lands known as Kiwike, to help purify and eradicate all of the evil. Thieves, bandits, raiders, you name it! You can help shape this new world we seek! You can help the coming of a new era, an era that shows the true face of good! The world has been calling, now is your chance to step up and answer the ones who beckon for you to help save them. Come, join me and my cause. With your help, you can help me, as well as yourself, purify all that is evil in the lands of Kiwike!

I will need all the help I can get. I ask for you to join me and some of your fellow brothers and sisters. Now this is no easy task, not anyone is fit for the job. You need to have plenty of skills, you can not foil the plans that I seek for you to do. If you want the world to be saved and rid of all evil, you need to follow these simple guidelines:

• You must be smart. You need to be able to hold a lot of information inside your head. You must be able to process things quicker then a normal man can.
  
• You must be strong. If we are to fight evil, they will not take it lightly. You must be able to handle a sword and a bow. Even some evil can't be cleansed.
  
• You must be patient. The evil of these lands will try to thwart us and drive us away. You can not let that affect you. You must understand that the process of purification takes time, and you must be able to wait for that perfect time.
  
• You must be secretive. You must prepare to live your life in secret. There is no need to leave your homes, but learn to have eyes in the back of your head. Prepare to learn things that aren't to be told to certain people. you must learn to live a quiet life.
  
• Failure is not an option. You must try and try again in order to obtain success in this world. Just because you may mess up one thing doesn't mean you won't have another chance to fix it.
  

There are also other things you must learn. By joining the cause, you must learn to follow a set of rules, almost like a creed. If you break these rules, it will be easy for me to understand that you are not meant to be a savior, you will just become another being that is needed to be cleansed. Here is a list of the set rules you will need to follow:

1. In order to be a savior, you must learn that stealing is wrong. Stealing is only helping the world fill with darkness.
   
2. In order to be a savior, you must learn the murder is not needed. Some people are filled with hatred, murdering someone is a way of showing that hatred. We are not looking for a world of hatred. This rule can only be stretched to a point were a man or women is beyond the point of cleansing and must be brought out of the world in order to see the light we seek.
   
3. In order to be a savior, you must learn to not help the spread of evil. This is the opposite of our cause and is unacceptable.
   
4. War is a debatable subject. Members of The Watchers can participate in wars as long as you talk to me. I will understand which side is right and which side is wrong. It is obvious that you will fight for good, not evil. If you do not like the decision then it would be best for you to not participate in war at all.
   
5. In order to be a savior, you must learn who to join and who to stay away from. It is quite obvious to see who is filled with corruption and who is not. Do not join any town or nation that could be a danger to our cause. We do not need people who do not want to help purify these lands to be living next to you and possibly putting you into danger.
   

If you are interested in our cause, please contact me ASAP! With your help, we can purify the lands of Kiwike, and rid these lands of all that is evil! Please keep these words in your head though.

There is always a way to be good again.
