The Ultimate Showdown! Notch vs. Bethesda

So, Notch got tired of this whole lawsuit bull, so he decided to reenact the scene in Game of Thrones where Tyrion chose a trial by battle in the Eyrie.
So Notch proposed a bet. He wants to have a game of Quake 3 with Bethesda.
If Notch wins, they drop the lawsuit.
If Bethesda wins, Notch will change the name of Scrolls.
