I can also recommend Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul, it adds a lot of new enemies, and makes the game have a lot more diversity.

Generally, it made my Oblivion time much more fun.

Roll back to that, it changes everything about Oblivion. Forgot to add it.
Personally, I find Oblivion very lacking. OOO fixes most of this.
