I would make a totally random rocky spiky thingie. And then have some rocks down on the ground below, making it look like it was hanging in mid air, and slowly crumbling under the ages.

It is very empty, but the point is that he's making a house for himself, so it will automatically fill with locked chests and paintings and minecraft furniture when he's done with it.

Him being pavja, I doubt he'd put any valuables in that house due to its conspicuity.
