General Background Information:

Jardar: Of the Earth. Mal: Time, Cause, Information, Language, Conversation

Mother's Name: Vala
Father's Name: Unknown

Jardar grew up listening to his mother spout what he perceived to be nonsense about the land's past and future. She was regarded by the local townsfolk as a crazy witch. She died in his early teens and it wasn't until after coming to Kiwiki that he began to wonder about the stories she told him and whether there was any connection to the unexplained unusual natural events that were occurring here. Still regarding her stories as old wive's tales and folklore, Jardar is convinced the answers lie within the land itself and can only be found through the study of the natural world and the application of science.

His searching, while not entirely fruitless - he has in fact created a number of useful inventions - has otherwise been a failure. He is no closer now, after nearly 30 years, to finding the answers to his questions. He is surrounded by mostly half-completed and failed experiments but is no less motivated than he was when he began.

Physical Condition/Description (what do they look like, what do they wear, all physical elements of a character):

Jardar looks like the Steampunk equivalent of a greasemonkey, with redstone dust in his beard and netherwart stains on his clothes.

What is your character's main objective? What do they wish to gain out of this experience of living?:

Jardar has dedicated his adult life to finding the cause of the land's unrest and perhaps - though subconsciously - his mother's unrest too.

I have to say interesting how you worked the lore into you're characters background.
Or it just happens to cross in several ways.

By any means its a good application.
The only question i have is he seems to be born in kiwike.
And if, what community? and what townsfolk seeing there are no towns or cities just a gathering of people minding there own things and mostly meet for trading, so i would you to shed some light on that aspect.

That was intentional. I didn't want to presume too much and create other parts of the world that I'm not responsible for. My interpretation of the provided lore was that Kiwike was the entire world, so I was trying to work within the established lore.

Well kiwike is the entire world in a way.
Yet we like to give people options to come to the part of kiwike were we all are now with a certain background that has not taken place here.
So yes, kiwike is the world. but we're only in a certain part of it.
