Right guys. I think this thread has filled it's purpose.

Nope, none of the staff, including the admins have responded to it; it was just a one-sided discussion between the raided and cerce. I want a discussion between us and the staff about this issue. You have only ever discussed it a bit with us on Skype and even then it was barley a discussion

The staff has banned one of our members, and friend, because and I quote "Continued rule breaking and ruining player experience". Now, what is the meaning of this? He realizes that meta-gaming is not allowed but that is something that will change if he is allowed to play and RP with other players.
Giratina has only ever participated in PvP battles with us and in doing so has gotten him banned for what? Being too good at PvP?

While at the same time, Asdf and his cronies definitely ruined player experience by duping diamonds and gold among other things, AND used them against players to profit from their loss. Now, 2 weeks after they were banned, they're back and with them comes other issues that I wont release.

I am not saying that they should be re-banned but that you should look at this issue from our eyes for once. We have been raiding with RP against Coras since the beginning of Revamped and not once have we been actually called out on it. But, as soon as we start expanding our reach to tristan's nation we are faced with a restriction on our ability to raid! Did they come to us and say "We would like you to tone it down a bit, and maybe even hold off until age 2/3."? No! Eventually even though we followed their guidelines and asked each time to raid--which actually leaked the information that we were coming-- Giratina was banned for "Continued rule breaking and ruining player experience".

I'm going to say one thing here. For I can see you want the staff, but I just want to point out, Garitina was a nusense to 90% of the server. Having him here doesn't benefit anybody but his group of similar raiders (exploiting RP reasons to attack the general public) and only causes chaos.

If you look in the case of our dupping, we only used them amongst ourselves, and we did not attack everybody with these items, while people died from them, (them attacking us, not the other way around) these attackers in a sense had no reason for being and doing what they were doing rather than "I'm a warrior trying to regain fame and fortune". All that is over with and dealt with however. Garitina has raided near to every group and killed countless neutral passer bys.

One thing I've learned from these most recent events is that your luck may not be luck after all.

This is Yottas server. Don't like it? Leave. Countless other people like it, nobody is stopping you from staying.

Asdf seriously , You used them against me. I died a couple of times. You built a lot of your city with all those tools. So don't even attempt to discuss that. What I did is much less compared to you (Not to mention the other accusation that stands against you)
