Previous RP experiences:
I've played on roleplay servers in World of Warcraft, used to play Dungeons and Dragons a few years ago and have roleplayed extensively on the Lord of the Craft Minecraft server.

Have you played on any other servers? Why did you leave?:
I have played on Lord of the Craft, however I am not leaving as I am just following one of my friends over to the server. I will however play here when she does.

What feature of Kiwike are you most interested in?:
I'm not too well versed in your lore but I do hope to learn as I play and hopefully have a vastly different roleplaying experience than Lord of the Craft.

How did you hear about Kiwike:
My friend, Rosie_Rose told me about this after I questioned her absence from Lord of the Craft.

Character Name: Shimmer Flormai

General Background Information:

Hi. My name is Shimmer. I can't remember if I came from somewhere else or not, but for as long as I can remember, I've been in Kiwike. I'm not very old, but I find myself able to talk to animals and control plants... ever since I could remember, I've gotten along unnaturally well with animals. Since I practically lived in the forest I got to play with the animals alot. My daddy and sister worried about me but the creatures never really attacked... I always came back unharmed. Although I usually stayed away from the normally mean creatures just to be sure.

As I grew older, I thought I could hear the plants whispering. I tried listening closer but I couldn't make out what they said. I thought this was weird so I tried to keep it hidden that I could hear things from the plants. I thought I could hear the animals starting to talk to. Over the next few years I tried talking back and could hear them respond. I was amazed that I could talk to things you can't normally talk to!

After a few years I found that I could actually ask animals and plants for things and they'd help me if they could. I hardly ever got lost in the woods and I never had a shortage of friends to play with! Soon afterwards after playing with the plants and animals for a while I found out that it wasn't that I was talking to them, it's that I could talk to them with my mind! ((Telepathy. Shimmer doesn't know the word.))

After playing with my powers some, I started to feel drained from excessive use. I found out that there's a limit to how much I can control animals and plants. It leaves me tired and sleepy if I do it too much in a short time. While playing with my powers, I also found out I could use a lot of my energy to mend wounds. I found out by accident when I feel from a high tree branch and held my cut. It glowed and healed quickly when I put my hand on it!

Since then I've learned to do all kinds of things with my powers such as having vines trip bad people chasing me or have wolves to keep me safe while I play in the woods. I rarely get lost in the woods thanks to the kind trees and I can heal small cuts and bruises I get!

My daddy says I can't abuse my powers so I can't play with plants and animals in public. But I think my powers are amazing and I want to do great things with them like all those people you hear so many tales about! I'm still learning to control my powers so they do slip every now and then but I'm sure I can control it soon enough!

((Shimmer is going to be a beast/plant druid basically. Her powers are less than average and sometimes uncontrollable but my roleplay with her will revolve around learning new tricks and controlling her magic. Note that this is plants, animals and minor healing only. If she's away from nature then she'll be unable to use her magics.))

Physical Condition/Description (what do they look like, what do they wear, all physical elements of a character):

Shimmer is about four feet and three inches tall with a slender and agile build. She wears a hooded robe (Will change once I get a more nature-y skin. She will have things like flowers and possibly vines or leaves. Robe will remain though) as due to her time out in the woods her eyes have adapted to low light and she has a bit of trouble seeing in direct sunlight. Her golden hair can be seen under the shadows of her hood and she's usually barefoot to strengthen her ties to nature. Due to her practice of druidic magic she is physically weak and unable to wield any weapon other than a small dagger and even then, she's not the best with it.

What is your character's main objective? What do they wish to gain out of this experience of living?:

Shimmer wishes to learn more about her abilities and learn to control them. She loves nature thanks to her powers and wants to help preserve it as well. She's also looking for someone with similar powers to hers that can probably teach her or become her friend. Overall though, Shimmer is still fairly young, only being in adolescence so her long-term goals are still up for debate.
