Character

Character Name: Dan Munix
Spawn Location (Khulu Desert, Orraku Fields, Icenfjord, Aridian Jungle): Orraku Fields

General Background Information: Dan Munix lived a calm life as the son of a farmer until he hit the age of 13. He, his sister, mother, and father were happy with their little farm and shabby house. But, a week after his 13th birthday, it was all destroyed. He and his parents returned home to find his sister, Mira, kidnapped. He’d followed the kidnapper’s tracks as far as he could go; to the edge of their small kingdom’s territory. Going any further would break the law. Luckily, he found a book one of the kidnappers had dropped. It was a record of transactions the kidnappers made. They were kidnapping and selling children. However, the book was written in some sort of code, too complex for Dan, who had only ever been educated in agriculture. He returned did not return home that day, but instead headed to the town, which was several hours’ walk away from the farmlands. Night passed as he walked, but he didn’t rest. He had to find out where his sister was being sold to. Finally arriving at the town, Dan found his efforts a waste. It seemed no one could decode the book. He returned home in pieces, only to find that there was no comfort there, either. It seemed that kidnappers had noticed that they dropped their book of transactions and returned to search his house during the night, only to find that it was not there. They came to a conclusion to burn the house, as they were sure the book was somewhere there. His parents didn’t make it.
Dan searched the house for anything that could have survived the fire, but everything was burnt or ashes. As he searched his parent's room, he found one thing that was not damaged: the family heirloom. It was kept in a stone box, hidden in the false bottom of his parent's dresser. He slowly opened the box, to find within it a book. The book was covered in strange markings and runes, with only two words on the cover that were readable to Dan: Arcane Arts. From studying the book, Dan learned minor parts of the Arcane Arts, but he needed a teacher to fully understand it. This was his way to get stronger, to get smarter! Dan knew he was destined to learn the Arcane Arts. And so, Dan searched for a mage to study under. He searched desperately, until one day he saw the Arch Mage going for a stroll. He showed the Arch Mage the book, the minor tricks and such that he had learned on his own, and everything that he could think of. Of course, the Arch Mage had many seeking to be his disciple, but he saw something in Dan, some great potential. And so, Dan went to study the Arcane Arts in order to become stronger and more intelligent. He studied for 9 years, until finally his master told him he was ready. He took a look at the book again; the code seemed so simple now. Now he would go to where his sister was sent and find her. Now he would go to Kiwike.

Physical Condition/Description (what do they look like, what do they wear, all physical elements of a character): Dan has dark brown hair covered by his purple-white mage robe. He wears a mask over a portion of his face and always has his hood up due to a distrust of people caused by his childhood trauma. He also has fur gloves and shoes. He is of average height and not very muscular, but sturdy from the farm work he did as a child.

What is your character's main objective? What do they wish to gain out of this experience of living?: To find his sister and find a new place to fit into.

Agreed, but the part about him jumping into Arcane art seems like a rather large leap, like there is something that should've been written to tell how he somehow got into learning Arcane magic.
