So here is the story, Pwol, Robert, Villinn, DjFuZZ and I, build a mansion out in the middle of nowhere, then Jyanowitz comes along and builds a fortress 4 blocks away from our houses claimed by our town. He then proceeds to claim this land as his town's and we can't do anything about it. We had planted trees in the region and workbenches and we were planning on expanding to that region. Jyan refuses to move his fort.

How in any way could this be allowed?

Hmm well I'd say its perfectly allowed, not only because of the fact that your a dick to everyone on the server and I find this extremely funny, but also because the fact that this would happen in real life. You might have one kingdom who comes along and puts an outpost right besides another kingdom to watch them, steal from, get ready to attack, ext. I would have to say this is perfectly fine.

Or atleast slightly. I would be pissed off about it as well, but I don't see anything that's actually against the rules in doing so.

He may have been a Dick, but he was playing the game and he played fair.
For one, Asdf, if you wan't to say this would happen Irl, It wouldn't, They have no way to fight back here. All they can do is sit and watch.
Lewis, I'm with you on this, best thing to do is talk to Yotta about it.
And as far as i can see, This violates rule 1 and 2 in game, Don't be a Douche, which he is obviously doing.

Yotta specifically said that grieving / destroying enemy fortifications was allowed if they were too close for comfort and they posed a threat to the people. This is in clear violation with that, as we should be able to tear it down, and we could, if Jyanowitz wasn't using towny. How on earth do you expect one to tear down an enemy fortification if the owner is abusing Towny use. And now, he is blackmailing us to take it down for a fee. In any case, Jyanowitz can be banned as he destroyed terrain and parts of our reed farm to accomodate his hideous building.

Jyanowitz you just earned a bunch of enemies for both yourself and the Knights of the Dusk. I hope Pavja is more sensible as he isn't one to abuse Towny like that. This is in very clear violation of multiple rules, and if he isn't banned for grieving, the least I expect is for him to take down the building and leave without further returns. Failure to do so will result in war with the Knights of the Dusk.

Ah yes, now that I've heard more about the situation I certainly think that Jyan should be punished somehow...

Griefing is not ok, not even if the dude you're griefing is the most hated person on the server.

I'm not sure you comprehend the situation. I am not here to discuss you moving the outpost. I am giving you two choices. Either leave, remove any trace of your outpost and don't return, and we will be at peace with you. Failure to comply unconditionally with these rules set forth will result in immediate war and constant raiding with the Knights of the Dusk. Anyone who does not have consent to come within 200 blocks of the Mansion will be killed on sight, and we will be on constant patrol, so any retaliation by the Knights of the Dusk will be easily fended off. I highly suggest that you comply with these rules, as what you have done is in clear violation with Kiwike rules, and you are abusing Towny protection. I don't think that Pavja, being an "honorable" thief, would use towny abuse to his advantage.

As previously stated, failure to comply with the aforementioned rules will result in war with the Knights of the Dusk.

Well before the KoD are brought into this I would like to say that this is not KoD related so I do not know why you would go to war with the KoD. While I have no comment on this situation I would not recommend going to war with jyanowitz. He is sneaky, cunning and deceptive. He has ways of bending the rules without breaking them.
