I am without a doubt 100% sure that it was written as a rule. I believe that it was posted on the whitelist forum, but minecraft forums are down for maintenance at the moment. If it wasn't there than it is somewhere in the depths of the Kiwike forums.

Uhm i am not The Black Sun as i just said ingame. i do not know who he is but hey if u do please tel me.
So heres the story from my side.
i was walking and talking LALALALALA to go kill the residents of The_Grand with Bowser956 and Seandragon (dunno the rest of his name) and well we were massacred (except sean). so i went walking again LALALALALA and decided to talk a peace treaty with the residents of The_Grand. i think i have screen shots on my other computer of Nlewis clearly saying that if i wore armor they kill me if i didnt they talk peace. so i didnt wear armor. well after a couple of minutes of talking Villinn2 killed me. no warning. Now Nlewis and those folks but specifically Nlewis say they didnt tell Villinn2 to kill me but i was talking with them about a peace agreement between Pompei and The_Grand (The_Grand what?) and Villinn2 killed me so i took that as a attack against Pompei. Please come see the fortress. its at 363 -3000. Oh and lets see. They have killed me 4 times now while building my fortress and i have yet to attack back so i dont see how it is a threat to them and they keep saying "we're expanding". My question is... HOW!?!?!?! You have used all the plots u can use. and Nlewis said that you guys werent taking more members sooooooo.

I think you may be referring to an announcement I did long before 2.0. Suspicious

Griefing is strictly not allowed in 2.0 as the rules say.

Oh and about them having crafting tables and what not there. THERE WAS NOTHING. i flattened the land. cut down some random trees that were there and yea. there was nothing there before me. they said they had plots all lain out and ready for more people but later said they werent taking more people?!?!?! and if they were using air to lay out the plots then yes there were plots. but there were no clear markings of a plot. no markings at all actually.

Not the Black Sun, eh? No correlation between me telling you to respond online and TheBlackSun replying immediately after? sure. Small quarrels aside, this isn't a question of how we will expand. YOU came to our territory and used Towny to prevent an expansion. We can expand however we want, even if its not Towny protected. Par example, you came into our territory, and destroyed, well, a lava moat and a part of our reed farm. They were not under Towny protection, but they were very clearly ours, and destroying it is grieving whether you like it or not.

I'm not negotiating, remove it or face consequences.

I would like to disagree with you, The Black Sun, as being in the position that Jyanowitz is in, anything he does outside of the clan surely reflects onto KoD, therefore relating this entire matter to KoD giving NLewis proper reason to go to war with you.
