yes this is true. i am perfectly fine with you doing that. the issue is you cant close off the railway there cause i dug it... its my personal railway so it would be griefing.

Kyga, I have never once been mad at Tristo for getting Moderator over me, to tell you the truth i can't be mad. I can't be a moderator because i can't get on, so why would I be mad.
The reason i have wen't from being happy and playful, to just a dick sometimes, is because i found out something, that i would rather go on not knowing, but i do know, and I'd rather not go there.
If you feel i play moderator on the forums, i'll mind my own business and just post on topics that have nothing to do in-game, unless its something like check out what i built.

um if that thing you found out has to do with me then could you pm me about it cause idk if i did something. for example :i think it was stugmaster was visiting The_Grand during part of this epidemic and he kills me. i ask y he killed me expecting oh cause i like nlewis,robert.... better than you but instaed he said because of what you did to me.... i ask what? no response... SO PEOPLE if i did something bad to can you pm me about it and we talk it out? not the residents of The_Grand's method.... killing constantly and well villinn2 using a very smart method of getting into protected chests.

First matters that are facts.
Jyanowitz is the leader of Pompei, and the plot in this situation is claimed by Pompei.
therefore the action made by claiming that plot cannot be directed towards the knights of dusk, just because he is a member of it.
Claiming a plot for a nation or town, how odd the sayed location is, should be treated as the name of the plot given.
And since we are a guild, and we do not claim plot you cannot possibly say that because pompei claimed a plot, knights of dusk did it just because the person is the official spokes person
Lets view this in a other way if Cornerstone claims a plot, i also do not give the blame to bludwick because the person who claimed it might have connections there.

Now for the actual matter.
As far as i see it Lews and friends build a home somewhere.
Jyan comes along and claims a plot 4 blocks next to it.

For a tactical point of view great move.
It allows you to get close to the enemy stock away your things when you steal them.
Now i know you can say this is abusive.
But its the same on both side, even in real side scenarios.
The attacking force could destroy block to take things.
The defending force could destroy blocks to chase them away.
Just because one has been there before the other one doesn’t mean it gives them the right to stay there or be the owner and magically shoo away everyone.

If you are going to go into details, Mapleridge is run by NLewis's brother, and there was no Towny violation with it. I will assume you mean Hammerfall, which again, was not a Towny abuse, instead we implemented a spy, who eventual seized control and handed it over to Cornerstone. Therefore, in both instances, no rules were broken, no Towny abused.

Doesn't matter, have you ever heard of scandals in government? They do things completely unrelated to their job and it reflects onto it still. No matter what you say today everyone is looking at the knights of the dusk for this act. And now, i am done with this thread because it's all just going to tilt the same way into all of the moderator's favor of it being legal.

Secondly guys, hes just doing this for attention. Ignore him and he'll eventually get bored and take it down or something. And if he keeps doing this he will just keep wasting gold.

Well, I guess this thread succeeded in one thing.

Yottabyte and I have collaborated in coming up with a new rule.

"Two towns of different nations may not be closer to one another than five chunks"

The rule comes into effect now, but will also be an addition to Kubrick's rules that are in the making.
