Let me write down some of the basics of the town.
-The main town is a 8x8 inside walls that are sure to keep enemies out.
-the Town Center will eventually be a bank but currently there is a vault which will have mayor vip protection and plenty of room for your items. Also the town market will be in the center.
-there will be a portal from bludwick to The_Perfect coming

Special features:
-DNA Lava Structures
-Our spawners include: Mob Spawner 48x48 (4 times bigger than Midgars), Wolf spawner, squid spawner, slime spawner, sheep spawner, spider spawner. More soon to come: Animal farm, Wheat farm
-Large town market
-edge of desert and forest biomes
-easy to remember coords
-there is limited room
-a resident can own one plot unless they are a VIP resident who can own 2 plots. Very limited VIP residents.
-There will be 2-3 town assistants and each will have 4 plots that is in a 2x2 formation
-the mayors house is a private gated off place
-under the Town Center is a 48x48 mobspawner dug down to bedrock which is open to residential use. This is 4 times as big as Midgars.
-there is a defined Residential area, Assistant/VIP resident area, Mayors area
-VIP protection plots currently cost 10g but can be exchanged for items such as 12 stacks of logs(not set amount). (Ask Just_call_me_Bob for more details on exchanges)
-Loans can be given. A loan will allow a player to own a vip protection plot for 1 week before they have to pay up or trade items.
-No Tax ever.
-No interest rates for loans ever.
-As soon as the mobspawner is up and running (1 week maximum) wool will be sold for 1g a stack in The_Perfect. This is the set price meaning if you go lower than this price than i will make your shop inaccessible.
-Other mob drop prices are undecided but will also have a set price.

the town will have a limited amount of people and has a pre-planned layout so get in while you can.
VIP plots are only 10g!

in. i as you guys have seen i will be on rarely but when i am on i want a town and may as well help my person who followed my footsteps but is btter than me.

Uhg you guys, JYAN can be in the town. Jyan is JYAN, he even said in his post that when he rarely gets on he wants to be in a town. RARLY. If he cant be in the town then please android. Kick about 20 people from your town. Thanks.
