This is my view of it so far.

To anyone commenting on this thread, please read the entire post before commenting.

1. After gaining full permission to both enter airspace and land in Azureglade from Riskae, our unarmed citizens are attacked due to a precedence of warfare that fallows most former Grand members.

2. Azureglade citizens appologize and return a stolen kiwiship. Novan citizens state that there were 'no hard feelings', but attacked after the kiwiship was returned.

3. Minor conflicts occur between Azureglade and Nova.

4. Nova steals and possibly griefs Bowser's kiwiship.

5. Nova gives a 48 hour ultimatum to strive for peace and negotiations.

6. Azureglade abstains and starts preparing for defence, supplied by Pavja.

7. Nova declares war on Azureglade.

8. Cerantia requests that a peaceable end to the war takes place in a court of law between NLewis and RobertF and Riskae in a quote from 'Cerantian Times Vol. 1'. Neither sides respond.

9. Cerantia declares a mutual defence pact with Azureglade and sends policing forces to Azureglade.

8. Cerentian ship enters into Azureglade on a non-aggressive supply flight, and is stolen by Nova.

9. Novan citizens post a malicious and goading video of the flaunting of the capture of the Cerantian Kiwiship, 'Black Eye'.

10. Cerantia declares that it is still defencive only (Ask Fashion, Bowser, or Squig for PM's conferring this).

11. Cerantia declares war on Nova due to the malicious and goading video flaunting the capture of the Black Eye.

12. Pavja and his defenders are attacked in Tullius withought a due declaration of war against Tullius.

13. Cerantia declares that all state enemies are hereby temporarilly absolved of their crimes if help is provided in the war.

14. Tullius declares war on Nova.

15. Midgar declares war on Nova due to an alliance pact with Cerantia and Helvanthar. Android, leader of Helvanthar, goes against the alliance pact and abstains untill a time comes where the pact can be renewed.

16. Enemy cities are successfully raided with use of Allbright mods and knowledge to use Towny to their advantage, little to no resistance is found. Ships are then stolen and dismantled with malicious intent. Eyewitnesses claim that no materials were taken, and nothing was gained.

17. Cerce creates a list of offences against Kiwike that are partly based on moral princeapples outlined in Rule 1, partly based upon pictures reguarding the griefing of certain Kiwiships, partly based upon known offences both in chat and in the forums, and partly based upon descriptions of griefing and theft in the rules.

18. Nova defends itself to the best of it's extent, stating that even though they are works of art and that it is built with solid blocks, destroying it with malicious intent is not griefing, since it is a Kiwiship. This does not address the fact that Kiwiships are important and legal uses of transportation, such as roads and minecart tracks, therefore, falling under the same catagory.

19. Cerce creates a terms of Novan surrender detailing what the terms of peace are if and or when Nova is ready to give up.

20. Nova temporarilly dismisses the terms of surrender.

We warring towns are not surprised that we are under attack. What we do seem surprised at is your obvious missuse of Towny limitations, and attacking Tullius (even if enemies were there) withought a declaration of war. We are also surprised at the fact that you would break rules in an attempt to entice anger from other towns when you simply want Azureglade to return a few key items. Even if Azureglade were to return these items, you would not stop. If I were to schedule an item drop, you would kill me. If I were to leave the items in a chest, you would say you never found them, and take it anyways. You do not understand any language but violence. It is a shame that I must stoop to your level and declare war in order for you to recognize that what you are doing is generally viewed as wrong by the general populace of Kiwike. So instead of trying to get us angry, give me a viable explenation as to why you are waging war on something that is obviously morally unnacceptable.

Although four Roadbuilders are participating in the fight against Nova, the Roadbuilders as a collective group remain neutral. We are currently operating independently.

Eh, I wasn't sure at what point they joined. And I didn't put up the thing with asdf's kiwiship either, because I don't know when that happened either.

The first time was when you were with other members of Tullius. We went spec ops, kiled you, and pulled out, leaving everyone else unharmed.

Enemy cities are successfully raided with use of Allbright mods.
No towns were raided using fullbright mods. I was the only one who had a fullbright mod, and I have permanently removed it since I found out it was not allowed.

Kiwiships are important and legal uses of transportation, such as roads and minecart tracks, therefore, falling under the same catagory.
Actually, they do fall under a different category. As you are not a mod, I don't see why you would change rules to your advantage

between 18 and 19 is when we entered the war, 3 Aurorans are ambushed in the nether without any reason by nova. The Aurorans, angered with the taunts and trolling declare war on nova.
