Olympia hereby declares Halren, The town of Mayor Skote11 and all its citizens, an ally of Olympia.

Terms of alliance :
- In times of need, the towns will help each other out.
- In the case of war, the allied town must aid their cause.
- Peace will remain between towns involved in the alliance.
- Mayors will discuss all major matters involving their town with the other.
- Towns will share enemy of states.

Well, your post was no more than stating that there would be an alliance, and then stating the terms of the alliance.

Those would be the basics of what a declaration of allegiance would entail, so somebody could practically be forced to copy your post, as it wasn't too original itself.
