Poll: What is your opinion on this bill? (House of Commerce Members Only)

I propose that, similar to the House of Commerce post, that legislature be made to categorize and define the duties and obligations of the military.
As well, this bill proposes to officially set up a national military, along with a set rank hierarchy to determine authority.

eg..
(my personal recommendation for a better rank system)
Admiral - Elected main leader of military operations.
General - Chosen by Admiral to lead their specified town (one from each town ((duh)) )
Sergeant - (only necessary for large towns) Assigned to leader smaller groups of soldiers under direction of the General for their town.
Recruit - Base level, soldier obligated to fight for their nation.
Militia - May choose to fight, but has the choice not to.

This military will ultimately ensure the safety, well-being, and interests of the nation as a whole and answer to the House of Commerce (through bills and legislature) and the Emperor. With branches in each town, the military would gather recruits who choose to sign up to a proud obligation to fight for their nation, while militia (those who may choose to fight or not) or citizens who choose to remain peaceful unless directly attacked would have those options instead.

I understand that we do have a form of military already, but to add it to the legislature officially and democratically seems critical for the organization and structure to be upheld and understood.

Even though im not in the house my suggestion is to keep admirals that are chosen by droid then one general from each town. Simple.

I agree upon the fact that there should be more than one Admiral, as stated by leo. This way if one or more is off, then the other one or two, or however many there is, can still run the army. My suggestion, 2-3.
