It's quite obvious that someone would use that for some sort of personal game. I think of it like this: If I made an RP event for a treasure hunt and my character found the treasure, what would be the point? So in my perspective, I see it more as a form of metagaming. There are multiple meanings for powergaming and metagaming, so no matter which way you take it, it could be a form of both.

I think the rules on Metagaming and Powergaming should be really detailed since they have several meanings, so people can easier judge for them self.

Powergaming will be a little confusing for me though since I'm not used to Fantasy themed RP, Is there magic? Are you able to master the element of fire and shoot fireballs? etc.

Another thing, how "hardcore RP " is this server? Will there be writing your moves in a fight? Or is that up to yourself to decide?

And example of powergaming:

You are doing an RP fight with some other dude. Your character goes to punch the other guy in the face and you don't care about the others consent or what he wants his character to do because you feel your character greatly surpasses the other guy.

That's pretty basic. Like I said before, there are multiple other definitions of powergaming, but I feel that this is the easiest example I could think of.
