[Beta] Updates 3/2

Updated Bukkit to 1.1 RC3
Added /home for all donor groups
Added /inn for all donor groups
Added Courier, a plugin for writing letters. Use /letter <message>
Updated postboxes to work with Courier letters!

Last thing to finish before the release of Revamped is Territories. It's a huge project. We also have to figure out how to generate the map ASAP but still be able to have the awesome jungles from 1.2, which no one knows when it comes out.

I like it. I do think the times should be decreased. Although I'm happy with the changes, a much shorter delay would be nice.

The server is restarted every 24 hours, so the cooldown would really only end on a server restart.

How do you get it to work for a specific person? Such as I can't read Crash's letter from Droid.

@The /inn and /home We have had a lot of discussion around the time. And we all pretty much agreed on the previous cooldown being incredibly overpowered.
Therefore this is a solution that solves your problem while not putting you at a position well above any normal player.

2. I cannot send letters only create them
3. Are we getting our rooms in the beta or only in revamped?
4. I don't know if pvp is enabled in the inn but if so consider randomizing the spawn in the inn, like 4 different locations so people cannot spawn kill.
