The ultimate skin-creator/photoshopper showdown (which doesn't relate to skins)

Alright, so we've seen a lot of skin creators/photshoppers come out and present their work in the last few days. Now, there comes a need to seperate the mediocreskin creators/photshoppers from the less mediocre skin creators/photshoppers. And, I am developing a game that almost entirely lacks art. So, here's a suggestion that may help everybody; we hold an ART-OFF. From Saturday, February 25 to Friday, March 1, you have the oppurtunity to make art falling under this general description:

A side-view of a early-20s guy who is not a soldier but is fighting in a battle. He is militant anarchist who got stuck in the unfortunate position of defending America from Iran. He spends much of his time indoors ranting on the internet about America, and most of his time spent outdoors is wither going to his car or target practice. So, it's essentially a drawing of Hoiafar. Also, should be pixel art.

Winner gets 9000-8900 gold nuggets. While I would like you to say you are entering, it is not necessary. And, if you lose, don't take it too hard, nobody will throw rocks at you except for Spammuff

Is he a detective, what battle is he fighting. I'm not sure what scenery I should put him in, ducking behind a car, or laying in some grass. So I can't get a good image :/

I didn't go too detailed because I don't know how artists work and figured that they like creative liberty, but he is militant anarchist who got stuck in the unfortunate position of defending America from Iran. He spends much of his time indoors ranting on the internet about America, and most of his time spent outdoors is wither going to his car or target practice. Scenery is really your choice, the game would likely take place on streets. I'll update OP with that.
