Ian tryed to tell a mod a few weeks back, but then... The mod went to sleep and Ian forgot to tell him the next day :s

Everything was deleted since then, only damage done was those sets, of which wasn't really THAT much of a big deal, as they will go away in time. Sure, he did something to get unbanned, but you cant say its because he spends so much time, and contributes so much to the server. Because I did too, and so did a lot of the other people banned, we all were on too much. I can understand Gecko's thoughts towards Ian, he wanted him unbanned, they knew each other more, its understandable.

Although, in my eyes, he doesnt contribute as much to the server as some of the other people who were banned. Participating in the only nation that will go anywhere, with or without him doesnt seem to be much contribution.

Point being, you all may not know the full to Ians unban.

This was reported to the mods with you making Diamond pickaxes and armor. Giving you a far advantage when PvPing, you may of killed someone you may of never killed without the armor, making them loose items they would of normally had, you may of not have.
You made diamond tools to dig/mine for your town, giving you a lead on the building situation.

The point being, you used your items. Ian's punishment for coming back was loosing everything he owned in any of his chests. This also contributed to whatever he was holding for the other Sunbeards, putting them down a notch that they would of had. Although all those items where legit, and I believe it is confirmed that he did not use the duplicated diamonds.

The sad thing is, is both of you didn't bother to mention it to the staff. If you loved Kiwike so much, it would of been the first thing you did when you found out. Instead, you used it to your advantage.

I think Asdf had 20,000 GN when he was banned, with conor being not far below on the ranks. It may not have mattered much in the short run, but it's a disaster for the server economy in the long run.

From what you saying its like,its like Someone griefs a town, But then its rolled back. Does that mean they should be unbanned because the damage that was done is now gone. No it doesn't You broke the rules and we had to clean after you that does not mean you should be able to join back.

Um, no, I had about 7,400 GN. I was not on the top. Leo was far above me, Conor had maybe 2k or so. None of us were extremely "rich" atleast in comparison with the other future nations and towns. And all of that was legit, we never deposited fake gold.

Im not angry at anybody, except for the fact that you all think you have the facts straight, even Yotta didnt know how much gold we had, look in the logs, it was 7k gold for me, far less for Conor, all the diamonds were ONLY used on armor and a few swords, Cell, we found this literally the day before we were banned, we didnt use any on tools or anything, yeah, I did have diamond tools, everyone did, we mined diamonds too. I had a stack and 34 legit, I used it to make tools every now and then. We only used it on amor and swords, again. And that was only used to kill them of which they were all using armor and weapons and potions that had been stolen from us on previous raids.

Oh, and dont forget, we arnt the only ones who didnt mention it to the staff, Ian didnt either, and look where he is now, still unbanned.

I see I have to make this clear again. It doesn't matter if you gave the stuff back, it doesn't matter if you're sorry or not, it doesn't matter if you told the staff or not, you broke the rules. If you break the rules, you're banned.

(Yes I am aware that Ian did this too, but I'm against the unbanning of Ian, even though he's a pretty cool guy.)

The amount isn't the issue as much as the action. You may have only made a couple pieces of armor, but you still made that armor with duped diamonds. Ian, at least, didn't use his diamonds
