Territories Tutorial/Information Thread

Short and sweet yo, gimme a beat -

Territories will be released in Age 2, which is supposedly starting once a few nations are ready.

But there's still a lot that is unknown about how Territories will function and what is needed in order to build a nation that fits Territories' guidelines.

Is there any way the staff can officially release this information, or make a tutorial? It seems long overdue if we're supposed to be preparing to jump into the plug-in.
