The Intel 3750K is a great CPU, better than pretty much any AMD. The only flaw with it is that it's not very good with overclocking compared to the Sandy bridge CPUs. I was planning on upgrading to a 3570K but I think I'd rather get a 2600k.

You don't need 2 extra fans, that's extremely overkill. Thermaltake cases have great cooling as is. Card reader? Really? And Sata cables are always included with the motherboard AFAIK....
