Agreement of the Disbantion of the United Republic.

The United Republic hereby declares itself property of a new nation.
Our territory can be claimed, by one nation, only under these circumstances:

1. The nation that will receive our territory is not:
The Monarchy of Midlands.
The Vermillion Dominion.

2. The United Republic will receive a representative in the current government of said nation.

3. Each town that is currently under the United Republic will receive a representative in the current government of said Nation.

4. It must become legal in said nation to openly hail The Red One, and a statue for The Red One will be placed in or close to the capital of said nation. There must be a minimum of two shrines for The Red One in the entire nation.

Interested Nations may apply. If our land is claimed by a nation that does not meet these requirements, the territory will be given to another nation that will fight you off of our territory.

I Shyun of Toa would like to recieve the the United Republic, and rebuild it up. I promise that i will put up two statues of The Red One, and it would be legal to openly hail it. I see this as a great oppurtunity for the United Republic's uprising under new people. If i do get the honor of representing this nation, could you please hand the leadership ((nation leader spot)) to me Shyun. I will then split up the powers with my people. I will drop my old nation Toa, and up hold the United Republic. Thank you for the oppurtunity to uphold a nation.

Chairman Crazy,

I am somewhat disappointed that you selected my nation as one of the nations that is not permitted to obtain your land. Because of the fact that you have been in hiding for so long, I understand that you may not be aware of the changes that have taken place in The Midlands. To my great regret, King Gnught Wolfbane has died in his age, and I have taken over as King of The Midlands. With Gnught's tragic death has come some enormous, and beneficial changes to the nation's policies and decisions. I request that you please reconsider your decision to prohibit my nation from claiming your land. If you do reconsider your decision, then please consider the following:
I would be very interested in taking in your land as my own, and looking over it with great care. As I am an understanding and reasonable man, I will guarantee that your citizens have total freedom to hail The Red One, and that a statue and shrine to The Red One will be incorporated in our plan for the rebuilding of our capital city that is scheduled to take place shortly. There will also be a smaller shrine or statue placed in all of our towns as a place for anyone from the United Republic to worship. Also, I will grant all of the leaders of your former towns the rank of Greater Tzar and full control over their towns.
Please think about allowing The Midlands to claim the land of The United Republic, I promise that it will not be a bad decision.
