Hey. Know that donation requirement Droid has to meet? Also the fact that he needs to get a lot of people to play on the server? I think that in order to balance out the Starr's time, this whole thing should become a Kiwike Fundraiser. Make it, say, 5 USD to enter. We get 24 people to join, we meet the bar. The winner would of course receive some sort of reward, of that I'm not certain.

The server isn't going to last for much longer without donations. I'm not sure if you've ever heard about how much it costs Yotta to maintain and keep this up, but as of Revamped it was over $50(a month). Unless Yotta can print his own cash, eventually this place is going to tank completely. I'm not sure why everyone thinks of Yotta as some guy who just sits there and does nothing all day. You want to know why the warfare plugin never came out? Because he didn't want to release of half-ass plugin, and he's stumped as to how to get it to live up to our uneducated expectations. At some point the community has to step-up and find a way to help out. Not just complain.

I know that your main point is that people won't pay to take part, and I get that. But I have an ounce of faith left in this ragtag community. I think that everyone can drop atleast $5 to enter, especially if the prize is worth it.

EDIT: I didn't address the last point of your post. Yes, Droid's job is to make an awesome server, and not come up with a quick fix like this to win him the bet. But having fundraiser events like this every so often would help to grow the population.

Well, I think at least every day this week I've asked him ever so nicely to begin coding the raiding we had discussed during the meeting - I have yet to see the slightest hint of progress. He prefers to watch movies nowadays.

In actuality he works on what he likes such as the Ultra Hardcore event we're going to have tomorrow, but when it comes down to the decisions I make as the 'Super Duper Admin' or whatever you want to call me, nothing gets done. Part of this unfortunate predicament is probably him not wanting to lose the bet, which is why I am very interested in another possible Dev, just to pick up the slack.
