Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Yotta pays for an entire server, not just the gaming platform, so website and anything else that's connected is figured into the bill as well.

I've pitched in for servers before with friends, shit can get really expensive.

Here, you people ain't got no idea what you're on about. The main dedicated server is $70/month, then the web+ts3 server is $25/month. Dedicated servers aren't cheap, we managed to get pretty awesome hosts. Most American servers with about the same specifications are around $200 per month.

While it is true that we got a spike in donations the last summer, I'd ratherr have a larger start budget for whenever the server is fixed, than just sit here paying for a ~70 slot dedicated server where we peak at 10 players.
