Herp derp, GLSL shaders are part of OpenGL and can easily be activated by adding one line of code in Minecraft. I doubt the code to make the world freak out is that complicated. The code is found here HerpDerp

Anyway, I would love to have something like this if you eat too many raw mushrooms. Wouldn't work too well on slow computers though.
