I know there are VISA prepaid cards in the US and we have something similar in Sweden called SpendOn.

Other than that, why not create a paypal account and transfer some money from your bank account? Doesn't have to be that much money.

Well i live in the EU the netherlands and as-far as i know there's nothing like that, only "walle cards" which are for games and things, i dislike paypall otherwise i woudend mind. the reason i dislike paypall is because the only thing it does to protected my bank account is a single pass. and i dont feel like thats enough protection to keep someone out and give them all out acess to my bank account.

I've been using paysafecards and no, you can't use that for paypal. However, Paypal gives you a bank account to transfer some money too, you don't need to link your bank account to paypal.
