Server update

I died in lava approximately 200 times until Tristo kindly pointed out that I could use /mavenholm. I would use the "fuuuuuuu" face but I'm on a phone and don't know the name of it :/

I have no idea what's causing the respawn bug and I probably won't have time to look at it until tomorrow night. :/

The Nether is either a Re-occuring bug due to the Bukkit build rejecting a plugin. Or, its the Bukkit build. Because the Nether isn't a plugin, it is now built into the server, or in this case, Bukkit.
