Reason for ban: Griefing Azureglade and Framing The_Grand
Specs of grief: Creeper hole. Fountian no more water. Words on a sign changed. Griefing lapis lazuli Blocks.
Reason for unban:
Well I will just start with the creeper hole and move on from there. It is simple it was night time a creeper spawned inside azureglade. I tried to light it on fire but it didn’t kill it but blew it up instead. This damaged Bowser956’s shed. From my understanding a creeper blowing up isn’t griefing.


The fountain. Well Bowser had made a fountain in the middle of his town. When I arrived there the fountain had overflowed and I wanted bowser to atleast not awake to a flooded town so I placed blocks on the water then destroyed the blocks. Under the fountain there was a cavern that looked perfect for storing hidden chests. So I made a cobblestone make-shift stair case down to the bottom and look around a dug a couple blocks down and out, making the cavern bigger but not randomly digging through I dug like each wall back 1 block and the floor down 2 blocks so it still looks nice. I forgot to get rid of the stair case going back up.


Earlier before this the residents of The_Grand told me they were going to go raid a town. This was during our small peace treaty that addi133 ruined. Villinn2 told me they raided Azureglade and they have also told bowser956 this. Addi133 was their inside man (irrelevant). What I did in Azureglade? I changed a sign that said Thanks-KoD to Thank You The_Grand (I think that is wording I used)
Before it said Thanks- KoD which I did not write it said “Riskae”. I could have left it at Thanks – KoD but it didn’t direct the thanks to the right people. It seemed like it was directing it towards Azureglade but was meant for The_Grand because they had raided Azureglade earlier and left me some wool and saddles. Sadly they took the wood. That is why I changed it to Thank You The Grand because they left me some stuff. I did not know words could be griefed. This sign was not meant to accuse The Grand of griefing.


Lapis blocks. This is just straight up and simple. I did not know you could not take lapis blocks. Sadly I have to blame yotta partly for this which may seem dumb because he decides my kiwike fate but I am being honest. Every time I login I see the “Stealing ore blocks is legal. Do not place ore blocks if you don’t want them stolen” this rule seemed pretty straightforward to me. Stealing ore blocks is legal. What I did not know was that yotta had changed that rule on the forums to not include lapis. This is also my fault because I did not check the forums but as geckosquid said “I realize that yotta did post a list of the blocks that you can grief, but it is hidden deep within a thread and not part of the rules. If it was more clear which blocks you could and couldn't grief, this incident would never have happened.” If it was under a more direct spot that said Rules, I would have found that I could not take those lapis blocks.


So you ask reason for unban? It is simple. I was misinformed and misunderstood.


This brings me to a very concerning matter. Nlewis griefed my house. This is my house not a side building. He poured lava in it the screen shots are on a locked post under Bans. My issue with this is that at the time I made a deal with the residents of The_Grand. They don’t kill me, I don’t kill them, and they let me build my outpost. This made it so Nlewis did not receive a two week ban from tristo999. Here is my point. I made a deal with Bowser956. I help rebuild Azureglade with my supplies and I give him double the amount of lapis blocks I took which would turn out to be 144 lapis blocks. Now Tristo999 tells me it is to late to get Nlewis banned because I said I didn’t want him banned because we made a deal. I made a deal with Bowser956. Nfmous was there. So does that makes sense that if bowser went back on the deal and decided against it that I should be banned? Not to me.¬


Since my time on Kiwike I have been the #1 most active player. What does this mean? Why would I purposefully greif? I quote from geckosquid “It's true; Jyanowitz is the single most active player on Kiwike, and his banning would mean a significant loss for the server… A permanent ban seems like a bit much for this. Jyan is not a griefer. It was an honest mistake on his part.” If Yotta wanted to check the logs he would find this true. You guys should listen to gecko squid because he is the only person that actually knows me. He knows I wouldn’t do something like this unless I truly hated kiwike.(but of course I don’t)
