It won't pass, they tried recently to pull the plug on the whole internet.
Failed epicly.

Even if it passes there is always a work around.
There is mediafire, justin.tv (which you dont upload you stream but you can continuesly stream it in a loop over night?) also just upload to foriegn youtube.

Like eu. (same language )

oh also another work around is winamps shoutcast video service.
