Not true, doesnt matter where it is made, they want to stop copy right issues. Thats like saying an illegal immigrant from say Mexico does not have to follow any laws in the US because he is from Mexico. No game is any countries game, if it is in the US, it applies to those rules.


But it doesnt really matter it wont be passed anyway xD
