Something tells me the over 30,000 people X's channel stirred up will *probably* not let this bill have much of a chance. Btw, X= davidr64yt, very big let's player, he ran something like 100 minecraft videos and gained around 100,000 subs including myself. He also does WoW, Starcraft, SC2, and Castlevania, along with Half Life 2 and a few other things. Also includes Terraria.
