(Main its not a Event you can do every time. Its grows as people play in it. There are parts of in in game and parts of it out of game. For example, i cannot simulate a group of drunken people walking down the streets. So you can read about what they say in the forums. But i can make a group of signs on the road like stug just met. You all start the same, you find the diary or a peace of it. And then i'll give you a set of option to how it responds. This is why You are getting a other side of the story and stug and tristo for example.

To give an Example Both stug and tristo are going south and will see the signs. Yet stug char decided to go up to the liberary or not.
Tristo might think of something else. I would improvice and move the plot around this so everybody gets other things )
