I believe anyone should have the right to create a town, you know... It may just happen but for now it'll have to wait.


Standard taxrate would be of like 5% on all trades in the city.
User's may increase this to a maximium of 25%.


I'm supposing if someone owned a small rinky-dink town, with 5 residents, 2 apartments. No one would spend 25% in taxes
