Here it is: 1.2 Banned Wealth Once a player has been Perma-Banned any material wealth of that player will go to the Nation that the player was a member of at the time of the initial ban. If the player was a member of a nomadic town, the town will receive the gold in banned players account.

In the cases of nomadic players the gold in their account will be transferred to that of Mavenholm. That gold will be used for future distribution via RP events and rewards.
